CCWC's Executive Director is retiring, and we wish to find a replacement.
You are passionate about wildlands and wildlife, and want to make a positive contribution to their protection. You are well organized, a self-starter, a quick study, a good communicator, have good computer skills, and are able to deal with the uncertainties that come with working with a non-profit organization. On occasion, a thick skin will come in handy.
Knowledge of the Castle and its history, knowledge of conservation biology, an understanding of Alberta and Canadian environmental law and practice, and experience supervising staff would all be assets.
We offer a chance to make a difference and to leave a legacy for the future, flexible working hours and conditions, and a good deal of independence.
